Martial arts changed my life as a child, I had very low confidence as a child and was bullied throughout the most of primary and secondary school, my martial arts school was a place I could go where I felt good about myself and get myself in a good mental space.
I’ve had some amazing experiences with martial arts travelling around the world and meeting some amazing people, I knew as a child that this was my calling, my main goal as a instructor is to be a positive mentor who can help change lives the way my instructors changed mine.
