Martial arts has had a massive impact on my life from starting my journey at the age of 4 to becoming a full-time martial arts instructor and school owner at the age of 15.
I have personally experienced the positive impacts martial arts can have on a person’s life, I used to be very shy and nervous and often experienced bouts of anxiety but through martial arts I have developed into a confident and outgoing person.
As well as instilling me with outstanding confidence and giving me the opportunity to do what I love every single day, martial arts has also allowed me to travel the world to countries as far as Guatemala representing Team England and making friends from all corners of the world. 🌎
